SHIPPING IN U.S.
Orders are processed in 1 business days. 98% of our products are shipped by us through the United States Postal Service and UPS from Portland, Oregon. We do have several products that are 'made to order' and/or shipped from the maker, outside Portland, Oregon but within the USA.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail or delivered to neighbor by mistake.  
We are a small shop in Portland, Oregon operated by two people - the owners, Jennifer and Laura. Our margins are already super slim to keep up with the competitive demands offered by Chewy, Amazon, and other big box retail establishments. We cannot replace or refund items once they've been "delivered" to the address used when ordered. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Once shipment has left USA, we cannot be responsible for duties/taxes placed on your purchases.
