"Carrot of Joy and Happiness" - Refillable Catnip Toy

These are a "cult classic" around die-hard Portland cat peeps.
They are made by Portland's "The Spoiled Cat", which have been in the business of making cat toys way before it was cool.
They measure about 8.5" inches + "greenery" and we LOVE the fact they they have drawstrings (the greenery) to refill catnip again and again.
